TRAGIC LOVE STORY

Mary and Jane are friends. They were friend when at Elementary School. They promised to each other to not be tray. They separated when they were at Junior High School because Jane moved to another city, but when they were at Senior High School, Jane came back to Jakarta and met Mary in the same school. In Senior High School, they began have boyfriend. Mary’s boyfriend is Martin and Jane’s boyfriend is Jack.

After they graduated from senior high school, Martin decided to take a scholarship in overseas, exactly in Holland. But Mary, Jane and Jack decided to continue their study in Jakarta. Actually, Martin felt so hard to leave Mary, but impossible for him to decline it, because the chance never come twice. It means that, they have to do a long distance relationship.

Day after day, suddenly Jack had different felt to Mary. Jack were falling in love with her. Jack used the long distance relationship of Mary and Martin to get closer with Mary. After a month, Mary felt comfortable with Jack. She thought that Jack able to change Martin’s position and they decided to make a dark relationship without known by Jane and Martin.

2 weeks later, Jane suspected with Mary and Jack, and finally their dark relationship has known by Jane. Jane knew about it from messages in Jack’s phone. It made Jane very angry with them. She was really disappointed with Mary who has destroyed her. She also broken heart with Jack because he has hurt her love and the most painful thing is when Jack decided to end his relationship with her and prefer to Mary. It made Jane depression and become a wild woman. Every night Jane goes to the night club, she drunk, and came home late at night. But, she thought it was okay to release her disappointed.

Meanwhile, Martin who in overseas began suspected with Mary because she seldom called him. When Martin called her, he always listen Jack’s voice which heard slowly on telephone. So, Martin decided to come in Jakarta to see the real condition.

When Jack arrived in Jakarta, he went to Mary’s house soon. After he arrived in Mary’s house, he was really shock with what he saw. Mary and Jack were kissing. Suddenly, Mary knew about Martin’s coming. When Mary came to him, Martin goes immediately in a hurry. But on his way, his car crash a bus and then he dead at that time. Mary felt so fault with herself.

After that event, Mary left Jack. And Jack decided to come back with Jane and apologized about his mistake. In the same time, Mary also came to Jane and apologized about her mistake. This condition made Jane so confused. At one side, she still loved Jack and Mary, but in other side she disappointed with them.

This condition made Jane more depression and decided to release it all with drugs. But, 3 days later, Jane was discovered dead in her room because she was over dose. She did it because she has given up about all that happened to her life.

After Mary heard that Jane was dead, she was depression. And then she decided to meet jack soon.

Mary   : hey Jack! It all happened because of you !

Jack     : Why? I did it because I love you Mary!

Mary   : What a bullshit word! Damn you. Get it boy..

Mary has shoot jack by her pistol. And then she shoot herself.

EXPRESSION

Rizki and Fida make an appointment to meet in a cafe. Rizki come before Fida and she is waiting for Fida. A few minutes later, Fida is coming

Fida  : Hi Rizki, I'm sorry I'm late because I washed plates first  at home

Rizki : Oh okay, no problem. what's problem honey?

Fida  : Oh I want to ask about English task. Where I can link my story?

Rizki : Hmm, just open colourfulidea.blogspot.com

Fida  : I see (suddenly the phone ring).  Wow!

Rizki : What happen?

Fida  : Rizky, You get 100 in Kimia test!

Rizki : Really? What a relief. I'm so happy

Fida  : Congratulation ki :)

Rizki : Hehehe thanks. By the way I'm hungry. Do you want to eat?

Fida  : Yeah I want too. Waiters?

Tami : Good Afternoon.  do you want to order something?

Rizki : I want to eat chicken mozzarella, do you want it too?

Fida  : Yeah, I love it

Tami : How about the drinks?

Rizki : Mocha float

Fida  : Frozen cappuccino

Tami : Okay, 2 Chicken mozzarella, one Mocha float, one cappuccino

Few minutes later

Tami : this is ... ahhh I'm sorry miss (the foods and drinks fall down, rupture and make rizki's hand hurt)

Rizki : ugh.. It hurts so much!

Tami : I'm sorry miss, I don't accidentally

Fida  : Could you bring P3K box?

Tami : Sure, wait a minute

Fida  : Are you okay ki?

Rizki : I do'nt think so, will you drive me to the hospital?

Fida  : Okay, I will.

Tami : This is P3K, I really I'm sorry

Rizki : ok ok no prob.

Ambulance come, Rizki and Fida go to hospital.

Dwika : What's problem?

Rizki : my hand hurt doctor

Dwika : hmm, I will check it

Rizki : okay

Dwika : The wound is little large, and there is a little piece of glass in it

Rizki : so doctor should I take operation?

Dwika : oh no, I will take it, wait a minute, okay the glass is nothing

Rizki : Thank you  doc.

LOVE STORY

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful island where all the feelings lived. They are Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of others, including Love. They stayed at the wonderful castle.

One day, it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink. The feelings were so panic, so they decided to constructed boats, except for Love. Love was the only one who didn’t construct boat. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.

Days gone by, but the island didn’t sink. All the feelings felt so free of worry. They started to forget it all. They tried to do their activities like usual. At night, they all made a party to thank God who safe their land.

But 2 days later, there was an announcement again that the island would sink. So, all the feelings except Love, prepared their boats and left the island. Love didn’t has a boat, so she felt so worry. And when the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help. After wait a minute, Richness was passing by love in a grand boat. Love said, “ Richness, can you take me with you?”. Richness answered, “ No, I can’t. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you”. And then, Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. Love said, “ Vanity, please help me”.  “ Oh, I can’t help you love. You’re all so wet and might demage my boat”, Vanity answered. Not for a long time, Sadness was close by, so Love asked, “ Sadness, let me go with you ”. “ Oh love, I am so sad that I need to be by my self ! “. Happiness passed by love too, but she was so happy that she didn’t even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, “ Come Love,  I will take you”. It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went his own way.

Realizing how much was owed from the elder, Love asked Knowledge, another elder, “ Who helped me ? “ and then Knowledge answered, “ It was time “. “ Time ? But why did time help me ? “, asked Love. Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, “ Because only time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is”.

CARBIDE CANNON FESTIVAL

There is a traditional event called Carbide Cannon Festival ( Festival Meriam Karbit ) in Pontianak. It's only happen on Takbiran night at Kapuas River. It's a tradition to welcoming Idul Fitri. Carbide Cannon Festival held from H-1 to H+3 on Idul Fitri.

The Carbide Cannon Festival in Pontianak has a unique cultural background. Carbide Cannon game has close affinity with the history of the founding Pontianak city. Long time ago in 1771, it was used by Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman Alkadrie to expel Kuntilanak who was roaming on land.

This cannon made of wood with a diameter of approximately 50 cm - 100 cm, with a length of between 4 m - 7 m. In the middle of the cannon was given a hole.

Before using it, cannon filled with water and insert the carbide to the hole. Carbide which reacts with water can produce the gas concentration in a narrow place and will cause an explosion. The voiced is very big.

Many domestic and foreign tourists are fascinated with carbide cannon game in the city of Pontianak. For tourists the game like an abviously something that's so rare. 

FAVORITE ITEM

There are many kinds of doll which I have, but my favorite one is rabbit doll. Its size is medium. It has soft fur and the colour of the fur are white and light yellow. It has mustache, white nose, long ears, and short tail. Its eyes can be luminous in the dark room. It always on my bed. I get it when I was 9th years old. It can be my favorite doll because it is the last gift from my bestfriend, because 2 months later she moved to Bandung.
